Booking forms and business conditions
It is the responsibility of the named person on the booking form (known as the Bridal party leader or Bride) to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to complete the booking form, and paying a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when the booking is confirmed. By payment of the deposit you are entering into an agreement to honour the terms and conditions of business.
I’m based in a BL9 postcode and I’m happy to travel within a 15 mile radius of this area free of charge. Anything outside of this is charged at 45p per mile and would become applicable for both the trial and the wedding.
Travelling inside of the congestion charge zone is payable by the client.
Parking expenses are charged to the client.
For journeys over 2 hours travelling time to a destination would be quoted at the time of booking.
If for some reason you decide to cancel the make-up artist after confirming your booking, the following charges will become payable. The percentages are the proportion of the total fees for the wedding services (including bridesmaids & others) that you booked:
1 month before the wedding 30%
3 weeks before the wedding 40%
2 weeks before the wedding 50%
1 week before the wedding 100%
Trial payments are to be paid 1 week prior to the trial directly to the makeup artist with whom you are booked
Trial payments are non-refundable
Final balance payments are to be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding/event date by cash or bank transfer to the makeup artist booked
Allergies and skin conditions
It is the clients responsibility to make me aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have, and if so I highly recommend a consultation.
In the event of the client having any eye or skin infections the makeup artist reserves the right to refuse an makeup application.
